FAQ How to change or reset some user’s password

On the same login screen where we usually enter our email and password for accessing into the system there’s a sentence asking 'Have you forgotten your password?'

When clicking the question a fillable box opens for us where we must write the same e-mail address with which we had registered.

By clicking on the green button 'Reset password', a message appears indicating: "We have sent you an e-mail with instructions to change your password. Make sure to check the spam tray. If you have problems, call us at 962 963 727 ".

We will have to access the email and click on the attached link to reset or change the password.

Let's see two special situations:


1. If the email with which you were registered isn’t real, or if the user it's been blocked for trying more than five times, you should contact your System’s Administrator or another user with the permissions to renew your password. 

They should access 'Configuration >> Clinics >> See + >> Users >> See+', go to the 'Password' box, write the new one and 'Save'. (In the case of a franchise, you must ask the Central to enable your user).

2. If it is the System Administrator who needs to carry out this action, he or she must request it in writing to the Customer Service Department, at the email: soporte@flowww.es.
